Hi, we’re Em & Matt!
Kickback Sips is run by Emily and Matt, a husband and wife duo who don't sit on ideas for long. If they can think it, they'll make it happen.
Matt spent years as a manager in the grind of car sales, where you learn fast how to read a room and earn someone's trust. Emily runs her own marketing agency, and before that, she got her start in food service at 15. Different paths, same instinct: people come first.
So they took the leap and went all in.
Why a coffee cart? Because it's an extension of who we are and the people around us. The truth is, people just want a good sip, a good experience, and a reason to connect. That's all this cart is. And the best part? We can roll into any space and bring that same feeling with us.
Every drink is made fresh, on site, with beans from The Hub Coffee Roasters.
Our menu blends espresso bar classics with seasonal drinks inspired by our Southeast Asian roots.
