We believe in transparency, that’s why our pricing reflects the care, quality, and craftsmanship that go into every event.

  • Larger groups or longer service times mean more ingredients, cups, and barista hours. Each package is built around smooth service — not rushed pours.

  • We brew with locally roasted beans from The Hub Coffee Roasters.

    Coffee prices fluctuate seasonally, but we always invest in quality beans that taste better and support local makers.

  • Custom syrups, branded cups, and baked goods take extra prep and creative time — all designed to match your event experience.

  • Events outside Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, or Toronto include a small travel fee to cover transport and setup time.

  • Busy months (corporate holidays, summer activations) can affect scheduling and rates, but we’ll always be upfront before confirming your date.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak event seasons (spring & fall).

If you’re planning a last-minute event, reach out — we’ll do our best to fit you in.


What areas do you serve?

Our cart is mobile! We can travel to any event across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton.

We’re also available for select events outside the GTA — just let us know your location.


What power or setup do you need?

POWER
Our cart only needs one standard 120V outlet (max 15ft away)— no water line required as we have our own plumbing set up. 
SETUP

Our setup requires a 6ft x 6ft working area to fit our station and supplies. We bring everything else (machine, grinder, milk, syrups, cups, signage, and cleaning setup).


How many people can your cart serve?

On average, we can serve up to 20 handcrafted coffees per hour.

Our small but mighty espresso machine is designed for quality over quantity. For longer time periods with higher volume (over 4 hours) we allow it short rest periods to ensure every cup meets our premium standard.

While coffee service is capped, we can continue serving non-espresso beverages — such as teas, matcha, or other signature iced drinks — allowing us to serve even more guests seamlessly throughout your event.
